Our Standard delivery terms are:
On UK orders of £10 (net value) or more, goods are despatched free of charge, normally within 2 working days of receipt of your order.
We do not charge (if you use the Credit Card Option) for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged (again if you use the Credit Card Option) until they are shipped.
Due to the nature of PayPal, charges are made immediately
On UK orders under £10 (net value) & Overseas:
* £1.50 will be charged to your total order and you can expect delivery in up to 5 working days.
* EU orders: 10% will be added per order. Other parts of the world: 25% will be added per order.
Returns Policy
All Elements Ltd products are not available on a sale or return basis. Refunds or replacements will only be given on damaged products, and this should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
